With its highly fragrant, fully double, silver-lilac flowers this long stem rose is great as a cut flower. Happiest when planted in a sunny spot in deep, moisture retentive soil the ‘Twice in a Blue Moon’ is a fairly hardy, disease resistant rose which is suitable for growing in containers.
